I am writing to thank Debbie for the superb service she gave in organising a mortgage for my son Teague.<\/p>\n
Teague lives in London and needed to get out of his shared house and buy his first home on his own.<\/p>\n
Teague\u2019s first contact with Debbie was for an agreement in principle which he received within hours of making his application. It then took Teague some time to fine a suitable property but once he had an offer agreed Debbie zoomed up to London to go through the paperwork at a time convenient to Teague.<\/p>\n
Debbie explained the mortgage in detail to Teague, and since my husband was taking a small share in the property she also came to see us to explain the paperwork.<\/p>\n
Debbie then came into her own during the weeks and months that followed. She liaised with Teague\u2019s solicitor to try to make sure things were progressing and when, during the end of the purchase, which due to the delays caused by solicitors became very stressful, and all around were getting to breaking point, Debbie leapt \u00a0into action to calm things, speaking to solicitors, estate agents and the vendor on Teague\u2019s behalf.<\/p>\n
Teague has now settled into his property for 2 months and he is loving the peace and quiet of having his own space. I don\u2019t think that this would have happened without Debbie\u2019s help for which we will be eternally grateful.<\/p>\n
I would have no hesitation in recommending Debbie to anyone looking for a mortgage.<\/p>\n

We have no hesitation at all in recommending Debbie to anyone. It will be the best investment you\u2019ll ever make, especially if you have a long-term mortgage or will need further mortgage advice in the future.<\/p>\n
Things literally felt as if they were crashing in around our ears but Debbie was calm, \u00a0collected and had her plan already under way. We went from \u2018Drastic\u2019 to \u2018Delightful\u2019 in a matter of days. We couldn\u2019t have done it without her and she\u2019s now known as our \u2018fairy godmother\u2019 for waving her financial wand and making everything good again. She worked in the evenings and at weekends on our behalf -completely dedicated to her job and her clients.<\/p>\n
